Better way to pick planes
« on: July 14, 2009, 04:27:54 PM »
How about you take all the planes that are on the wish list, that can be implemented into the game.  Write each one on an individual strip of paper.  Take them and throw them in a box or a hat or something.  Then randomly draw one out after each patch, then model the picked plane.

You will then have one new plane each patch.  One that you can either gripe about or really like.
Either way you are still getting a new plane each patch.

Anytime we get a new plane impleme nted in the game, I'm elated. Doesn't really for me what order, as long as we get a new plane, except in some cases such as Ki-43, He-111, Ju-52, Beaufighter, and G4M, where I believe they should be created first. :salute

No matter what method is employed by HTC, there are still going to be haters out there.  If we vote them in, people will complain because "their" plane didn't make it.  If it is totally random, people will complain because it is random.  Regardless, I am happy when any new plane is introduced.

If they wrote the name down the number of times it's been asked for, then the B-29 would be picked 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th. The Meteor would be 7th and 8th  :D

I don't care how HTC does it, as long as we get new planes to fly, I'm happy.

Oh no.  It must be the PBY. . . . no amphibs so far. . . .it fits the profile perfectly.

Did I mention, it would be a great target?    :D
