i can quit warpping

skuzzy i cant quit warpping. tried everything. i have the systems turned off i need turned off. i have the video card set up as specified. i have done a ping plotter but do not know how to read it or how to get it in the text here any help you or the fugitive can give will be greatly appriciated

In Ping Plotter go to Edit>Copy as Text. Afterward paste the information in a response here.

A DxDiag and listing of all processes running will also be useful.

Ya what Denholm said.

DXdiag, only really need the first third. Run dxdiag, and then click the save as botton on the bottom left. Open that file you just saved, copy and paste the first third.

Processes, hit cntrl, alt, delete at the same time, click the processes tab at the top, then let us know how many you have running.... number in the lower left corner of that window.

PingPlotter, run it for 10-15 minutes pinging every 10-15 seconds or so to 206.16.60.39 as the address. Either take a screen shot and post the picture here, or save the file in text and copy/paste it here.

The more info you give, the better people will be able to help.

thanks guys i will post that tonight when i get home. i really hope i can get this fixed. i have not added or downloaded anything,but i do have a 14 yr old staying the summer with me. and i do believe "i dont know" did this to my computer
