Nothing PETA about it. It's a hazard for the pilot of that aircraft, (wrecked props, smashed windscreens, among any number of other dangers of a high-speed impact with a body of that mass) and about on par with the football animation for the "Ew" factor. Not funny at all.

Thats exactly what I found funny. Every other birdstrike I have seen has ended very badly for the plane. This one, not so much.
