Would it be possable to score torpedo atacks as atack mishions? for any plane capable of carying theam.

if u suggest the 38... well then lets have the F6, FW190, and can't remember if it was the G55 or one of the re series italian fighters..., also carryin torps.

Won't we need to have a FIAT G.55 first?  ;)

As I recall the torp drop shackle was fully developed for the 38, but the AAC found little call for them at 25,000 feet and so they were not put to use in the field.

As far as I know the 38 never carried a torpedo into combat. They tried modifying it for that purpose, but it was never finished. That's what you have TBM's for dangit.

OTH, I would love to see the ground strafing version of the P-38. They added 8 more .50 cals in the wing for a total of 12 .50's and a 20mm cannon. *yummy*
