<S> All
Just wanted to say hi, its been awhile. Things are going well. Hope same for you all. I had Spinal fusion surgery back in May. Neurologist took out a disk and put cadaver bone and other hardware. Oh, and a cage. I call it my roll cage. I'm waiting for Social Security Disability to make a decision. I'm hanging in there. My first grand daughter turned 1 on July 12, she's my sunshine(her middle name is soleil). Hoping to get back flying soon :) Take care, best to all, see ya soon!

Good luck with the surgery recovery.  My doc recommended an L5-S1 fusion but I went with a micro-discectomy, knowing that it might be unstable and lead eventually to a fusion.  It's been about 6 years now and I don't need the fusion yet, but I have some lifestyle restrictions from it still.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

My wife had a discectomy about two months ago, the surgery went fine but she had two strokes in recovery so now she's learning to walk again for a different reason. Hope all goes well for you OZ and hoping to see you back in game soon.

I wondered where the guy who made all my VOX transmissions confusing went...

Best of health to you.
