Yeah no kiddin' give these fellas the he-111, you KNOW you would love modeling it, com'on..com'on.
After that i wouldd say focus on updating older planes.
I also wondered if you couldnt apply a sub's depth system to flaps, say "flaps full down'
code wise" would be max dept, naturaly the higher you put your "flaps" the higher your sub go's to the top of the surfice. "the object in reality would also be there* it would just be indistructable to most weapons based on range "flap setting" from the surfice, unless dept charges are applyed.
"Flaps full up, sub surffice model, collision applyed, killable by most weapons."
"Flaps +1 down" scope out, able to launch torps and be seen mildly by a semi dark shadow and wake by scope"
"Flaps +2 down" Scope now under water sub 100-200ft under, maby a slight shadow, nothing more."
"Flaps +3 down" Nothing visable from surfice 200-500ft under water, able to be depth charged high % of kill"
"Flaps +4 down" Nothing visable from surfice 500-800ft under water, able to be depth charged Low % to kill"
With flaps being able to be rigged to a model/speed/code system i think it is possible for a object while not technicly vanish, it could be made to look like it is, and with the flap speed would depend how fast the sub would dive, or surfice. Example would be it takes 10 seconds to go from 200-100feet, then 5 second to goto scope depth, .ect .ect"
hmms..always a way to rig something.
