Well I finally got in to the training area by moving my mouse a mm at a time - 75FPS! - and when I quite out the mouse was fine

But when I reload AH, its back to 0 FPS  :cry on the splash screen

managed to get in to video settings - mouse worked fine once in there

default was 128? - on a 8800GTS?

Problem appears to be the clipboard - when I quit out of video settings, mouse worked until clipboard came up

Upped graphics from 128 to 512 - 0 FPS in game

My in game screen is telling me I have 0 (zero) video memory? - probably why it defaulted to 128k graphics

Just ran Aquamark runs fine

Give up now - over to HTC

after the patch I now get video memory showing and online I'm getting good frame rates with 1024 textures

However

1) My mouse hardly moves in the splash screen after the clipboard has loaded on game start up - takes ages to select what I want to do

2) When I go in to video settings mouse works fine - I have set them to 1024 BUT I dont get any advanced options, jusst the basic box with tecture size, screen res and AA settings
