new patch and low frame rates

My guess is that a lot of players are having FR issues because their puters are not up to the improved graphics that came with the new patch.There are a lot of things one can do to remedy that situation,but the long and short of it is that somewhere along the line you need to upgrade your puter.I'm sure the AH team knew that going in,but I tire of listening to people cry about FR problems,and threatening to quit because of same.Take some time,look at upgrade options,learn how to trim services,check in to the tech support forum,pick up some pointers,and things will work out.I don't have a real fast puter,but I've learned how to set it up for gaming,and it does ok,60 fps with vsync on,and I have the stutter problem,but not that bad.I was chatting with a guy that was having FR probs,and I asked him how many services he had running,and he didn't know what I was talking about.One guy said fifty some,and I think you get the point.Work at fixing the problem and loosen up with all the complaining.

I've been doing what I can to help peeps out where I might have a clue...geez I don't know how skuzzy and the gang do it.

I am 100% positive HTC will get this all sorted out.

Currently I can't run the detailed ground textures, or any of the "eye candy" but bump mapping.

I turn detailed ground textures and I stutter, stutter, stutter.

But I also know the new version has been out one day and that if we are patient the good folk @ HTC will make it more playable for those of us suffering from stutters.

I like how some assume old computer. Obviously they have not dealt with many major software upgrades.
