Fixed a bug in the ship guns that allowed a quick second shot when switching ammo types.

still able to do rapid fire, when switching from HE to AA , back and forth continously..can fire guns extremely faster.than normal by toggling the Backspace key.....

this is with 2.14 patch 2

I was in the Midwar Arena on CV20
