Is it possible?

Is it possible to make the new terrain semi high detail for the lower end machines?  The comprimise would be you would have to fly in F2 mode, have graphic detail set to FASTER, and set ground visibility to 1 mile.  I'm just saying can you make the ground not look like astro turf for these guys I feel their pain, Ive seen what it looks like and its terrible.

It's just a temporary terrain buddy, till they work out the bugs in the main program. It isn't a high priority as of now. But I too feel their pain, we just have to be a little more patient.

I went into the beta a few times a week and only saw them in there once. Iv also been monitoring the threads they start and what you are saying is new to me. I just did a search and didn't find anything about the low res terrain being temporary so could you please point me to them.

Since your a fellow Texan I will see what I can do. The last post I saw was pertaining to this subject as well, in the Technical Support I believe. Or just drop Skuzzy a line he can clear it up for you.
