At first my gunsights were completely white (i.e. the entire glass was white).
I completely uninstalled and reinstalled which gave me this:

So, now I can see the gunsight, but it is mostly white with only the edges showing the expected color.
I never had a problem with gunsights until patch 14 and the last 2 patches did nothing to fix it.
When I go to select the gunsight and adjust the transparency, I get this:

As the slider moves to the right, the yellow-white fades to sky blue, but I never see the gunsight bitmap.
