Try working with the 251 we have now.  Get it in where u can use the rockets vs defended enemy positions and tell us how effective it is.  I'm not talking about vs a strat target, I'm talking about vs a base town, vs a air/veh base, or directly vs enemy gv's.  THEN mention how you'd like to have the Katyusha rockets in the game.    

 By the time you get in position and get the enemy ranged, you're either jabo meat or a snack for a tank/wirby/etc.   

251 rkts actually work pretty good against wirbs,just get it near em to turret em and possibly kill em,I even hit a noob in some B17s one time
