 Don't remember the full name,but is this the maritime patrol plane Ventura?Looks like it has some kinda recon camera under the nose..Wild guess.

Lockheed PV-1 Ventura. Search radar in the nose, with a pair of .50 caliber MGs firing forward. Powered by two R-2800-31 radials providing for 4,000 total horsepower for a maximum speed of about 325 mph.
