What is the Ki67's max bombload (non-kamikaze)?
« on: November 30, 2001, 12:35:00 AM »
All that I can find is an 800kg bombload.

That just doesn't seem right to me for an aircraft with 2 1,900hp engines.

It looks like it is simply the weight of the torpedo and is being used as the bombload as well.

Does anybody have info on the bomblaod of the Ki67?

brady?

Mitsu?

Mitsu posted an awsome pic or 2 of the possable bomb load out's on the ki 67.
 Normal load was 500KG
 Max load was 800KG.

This is what the designe requiremnts asked for.

 Torpedos were as follows:
one 800kg or one 1070kg torpedo.

 Sucide attack 2,900 Kg.

Bomb load was to have been increased to 1,250kg by the time the 751st was produced but production ended at 698 by wars end :(

This is a surpalative machine though, fine handeling and great spead and decent range, combined with a good defensive arament will make this a fun ride in the MA.

It also caries a good varity of bomb load outs, it will easly be able to de ack any field, hit ammo and fuel stores and take out a v base with ease, and do it while looking real good :)
