If anyone remembers playing them, it was extremely difficult it hit anything with the
laser cannons in the X-Wing series unless you were in a Corellian Transport (like the Millennium Falcon) that had auto gun support..  You could either lock
the ventral and dorsal turrets to fire forward, or you could have them operate independently..  Man, I miss those games..... :cry
I remember those games, loved em. But I don't remember it actually being difficult to hit anything. Just lead your target - just like in AH :lol. The original X-Wing was the first game I ever had to shoot lead in. I was 6 years old at the time so I often find it amazing that people don't realize you have to lead your target...
