A-20 WEP increases RPM but not MAP
« on: August 11, 2009, 01:26:26 AM »
Not sure if this is actually a bug, but shouldn't toggling WEP on the A-20 result in an increase in manifold pressure?  The RPMs jump by a few hundred, but manifold pressure stays rock solid at 4000 feet MSL.

It may or may not, all planes vary on their max manifold pressure and max rpm. They may or may not change with a WEP setting. They can also change with different altitudes. But we can have a quick look.

yea it only gives you any boost under 3000msl as far as I can recall
