yes.  That SP u are downloading is for doing multiple computers after doing a fresh install or computers on a network with different versions of updates on them.  It contains all the updates up to the point the SP was made.  Hence there are new updates since that SP was released so u still will have to update more after u install that.  I have that SP3 downloaded so that why when I reload any one of my computers, I just run that right from a fresh install which skips SP1-SP2 because SP3 has all the updates alrdy in from the previous SP's.
