TACLOBAN TANGO FRAME 1 SCORE
« on: August 23, 2009, 06:49:58 PM »
Very tight frame.  The IJ scored better in the air, but the US scored more objective points:

A2A

IJ  34.0
US 29.5

OBJ

IJ  22.4
US 29.6

US suffers a 17 point penalty reduction due to rearming at prohibited fields.  IJ suffers a 8 point penalty reduction due to rearming at prohibited fields.  Thus:

US  42.1
IJ  48.4

Well crap. I even made a point of the active bases in the orders, AND stated it several times on Game Text.  :furious
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Well, the good news is that after I squawked about it, no one did it in frame 2 or 3.  Small consolation I guess.

I made sure to use a very large and very bold font size when writing the Frame2 orders.  :D
