It's been confirmed that bombs larger than the 4000lbs cookie on the Lancaster (the largest bomb we have in game) will not be added.

Maybe nuclear fallout could last for like two days, and no troops would survive to take the base, base would become.... Neutral. But having this kinda power would be incredible, I mean, what if the Knights or Rooks said "no, we will not surrender" would we nuke their butts back to HQ? Funny thought though
We'll give you the nook, but not the B-29 from which to drop it. :t

:lol   Wonder if we could just Gerry rig a couple of Lancs to drop the bomb instead of having to get a B-29. That would be a sight for the fighters getting ready to shoot it down :)

(Image removed from quote.)

It will happen, just not for a very time. It will not create a gigantic mess, it will be like the lancaster, I can assure you every person who flies it will fly it to alt IF they perk it high. If they perk it like the 234 then people will not, therefore making it very easy to kill if you use the right tactics.

Yes, because All lancasters carry nuke's

Okay, with my lousy score I wish to have access to one nuclear bomb.  Just a small request you understand that would be available on the night that AH has (after 10 years) again frustrated me and I have sworn an oath on my dead grandmothers grave that I would quit this game. I could nuke all the rooks or Knights as the case may be.  I would pay cash for this privilege.  It would be so fun.  No skill required.  Only on the night when no matter how high I come in or how many friendlies I have with me I am the first to die or some how I have picked the slow turn fighter and they all have p51's.  Then I get the nuclear option.  When an Idea!! ZAP.  Well I knew it wouldn't work really, but that's what fantasy is all about.  I wonder what it would cost? hmmmmmmmmmm

Ok. First you have to be really high if you gonna nuke something. Second thing: There should be some kind of an alert in that sector that you are flying with the nuke. We got to have a chance to shoot you down. Or, a mission with escorts to protect you from other enemy's. But to be considering all the wishing to B-29 are possible are not going to happend. Lets say. if you only gonna play only few hours to drop a bomb? for what?
I don't think so.

Aha, caught a typo there, it WILL NOT have a nuke like said previously. I was implying that it would have a payload similar to that of the lancaster, if it has to be reduced to what the lancaster can carry for it to be added would be fine by me. It's just a more heavily armed and armored lancaster.
It is not the end, it is not even the beginning of the end, but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.
