My kids (and I) are going to be so dissappointed.  This is not at all what we were waiting for.  Guess we'll just watch the "Last Air Bender" series together again.

Sometimes, we just need to remember what the rules of life really are: You only
need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the
WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

:aok :aok :aok   Yes!~  If M.Night pulls this one off, he's going to be right back on top of the heap, king of the hill, A#1.   The kids (and I) are drooling over this one.   :lol

Seriously, My kids got hooked on this series, and I got sucked in too.  We played Avatar in our den all summer.  We bought tennis wrist bands and head bands in different colors and made costumes and everything.  At ages 10 and 11 this series was dead on target for my kids, and I got sucked right in with them.  It was really fun to enjoy a cartoon series that was both comedy and fantasy, action and adventure, and coming of age but still clean fun.  :aok

the evil gooberment/corporate scientists probably find some wonder cure in the local plant life and send the evil marines in to eradicate the blue-love-beings from their peaceful planet. Our once paralyzed hero finds love with Princess blue-love-being and decides to finally sever all emotional ties and loyalty with his former life, pick up the spear of freedom and beat back the evil invaders. End of story....
