The missus and our 2 girls went out on a ladies night shopping and dinner trip, I was contemplating a sammich while I was looking at the news page on the intardnet and saw the following recipe on a link.
Luckily we had the leftover chicken from dinner last night and all the other ingredients in the freezer and cupboards... uuummm good - Chicken Pot Pie --
I highly recommend the recipe - quick easy and good.
can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup-
had in cupboard1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables , thawed -
had in the freezer - why she buys it I'm not sure - the kids won't eat it - lol 1 cup cubed cooked cooked chicken or 1 cup turkey -
had chicken leftovers from last night1/2 cup milk -
had1 egg -
had1 cup all-purpose baking mix -
used BisquickPREHEAT oven to 400°F.
MIX soup, vegetables and chicken in 9" pie plate.
MIX milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 min. or until golden.
