Strange things are afoot at the Circle K..
« on: October 26, 2009, 10:51:56 PM »
Strange trend that I have noticed since the last patch...I'll shoot someone down, and they will survive falls of well over 1000 feet. In the last week, it has happened to me 3 times. In addition to that, I have noticed that I will ping someone up pretty badly, and then they will later get shot down, but I will not get even an assist. Am I crazy or has anyone else noticed anything like this? I have a film of one of them. We had a pretty good fight, I took his tail off and he just kind of glided gently to the ground from 1500 feet lol.  :headscratch:

I have this problem to. Tonight I straffed a GV and a tank killed it. I got no assist but I had all kindof of hit sprites on it.

I keep seeing planes being hit hard and they just fall looking like they stalled. Shortly after they break up and die.

Don't know if it's related but I saw a T-34 take about 6000lb of bombs and probably over a hundred AP rounds from various tanks last night. Nobody ever got a kill on him, or an assist, just poof and he was gone.

The other day, and I wish I had film evidence but I don't, Stang and I both converged on a con (no other allies around) and both shot him to hell and he exploded.  Neither of us received assist or kill credit.

You need to be able to take back the scalp of your enemy in order to get credit for your kill by blowing him up there is nothing left of the body.

The P-51 Rash was in was slow enough and managed to slide in for a ditch even without a fin and rudder. Nothing mystical about that there.

I've had shootdowns not turn into kills. Only during Titanic Tuesday though, and in the middle of a huge furball. Too bad I didn't get it on tape.
