How To On Posting Pictures

I can never seem to copy and paste an image to post, so I use imageshack.com which can only give you a thumbnail picture like this :  .
Does anyone know how to make them bigger and stop using imageshack etc. Thanks

Take the direct link and put
[img][/img]
tags around it.

Use the "Direct link to image"



You just have to add the image tags yourself around it
