auto takeoff problems
« on: September 13, 2009, 02:31:34 PM »
I have auto-takeoff selected because frankly it is just easier.  I'll take it off when I need too ie., when a carrier is turning for example.  But I've noticed that since the new download auto-takeoff isn't working for multi-engined airplanes.  The message Auto Takeoff On is on my windscreen, but no matter how gently I add throttle, my airplane immediately heads for the weeds.   It works fine on single engined airplanes.
I've tried turning auto-takeoff on and off, checked out my joystick and everything else I can think of.
Can anyone offer any ideas why this might be happening?
thanks

Probably you need to select all engines again (Ctrl-E).
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

I haven't tried that so I'll see what it does.  But I do notice that as I add throttle, all engine gages move up; so the engines are reacting to the throttle movement.
 thanks
