Very obvious to the trained eye that she's wearing a Frederick's of Hollywood style bra, with underwire support and padded push up cups. Oddly enough, some women with above average cup size find those bras to be very comfortable and supporting. They have no need, and often little desire, for the size boost, they just find that level of support and control to be comfortable. That will pay off for them later as they'll experience significantly less stretching and sagging.
