since you're new, here how it works.
you have an idea about something you'd like added (eg aircraft). It might be eligible if it saw combat in WWII, and served in squadron strength, check this first. if thats ok, next search the forums for similar requests. chances are its already been asked for numerous times. read these posts.
now if you have any new evidence that might help get it accepted into the game post away. and by post away I mean: give the specs of the aircraft, historical usage, pics are always good, and the reasons why it should be in the game.
