I say we need gliders, to capture fields....... it would have to be towed by another plane, but hey, it would look cool! lol

Basically, in the current Aces High environment, there is no advantage/purpose/reason to have a glider instead of a powered transport like the C-47.

if they can carry light vechiles like a jeep
or light mortars gliders can really be great.
good idea . the pilot off the glider could take the vechile after the landing
at least i know that the airspeed horsa could carry a jeep. as they did in operation Market Garden.
i think the biggest problem is how to setup a tow plane.

How about an LW or Italian troop transport instead . And maybe if its slower or faster than the c47 it can have more or less troops on board.

i have seen some pictures once off a german transport plane , wich also could carry a jeep.
