Just to confirm Not... you are using the x64 version of CHCM?

This problem that you mention is hitting other users on XP x64 versions...

I would consider going back a revision or two with what I have been reading.

Not CH sticks.  The only time the calibration would get out of whack is if the trim dials were centered after you've calibrated the stick.  It wouldn't randomly cause the calibration to go bad.

Your right I was mixing apples with oranges and thinking back before I changed out the bad USB card that I mentioned.
