That history/immersion bit, 80th Headhunter style
« on: October 14, 2009, 12:59:18 AM »
We're getting close to matching this photo.

Cy Homer in V "Cotton Duster" in the background. Ed "Porky" Cragg in A "Porky II" in the foreground, escorting a 345th BG B25C Strafer.

Corky Smith (CorkyJr) in S "Corky Jr" in the background, Ken Ladd (Devour) in 3 "X-Virgin" in the foreground, escorting a 345th BG B25C Strafer "Quitch".  Gotta love how the skins add to the immersion. It's not perfect, but it's close :)

All planes are intact, clean, and none of them are on fire.

Can't be the 80th..........

Nice shot!  Looks like that slick 25 might be walking those dumptruck 38s.  ;)

I'm just glad he didn't post the picture of me putting that B-25 in the ocean because I didn't allow enough room for that Split-S. :)
