Did you check your background processes and CPU usage in the "Windows Task Manager"?

I'm running game booster ... 28 process running

open up the task manager with nothing running, goto the PERFORMANCE tab, and look at the CPU usage.

It should be @ 0% and blipping occasionally to 3% (ish)

You might also try running the monitor @ it's native resolution as opposed to 1824 x 1028 like you are now.

ok guys.... think i did some damage, My machine has been sorta seaming  for about the last week... checked the CPU temps and they were 60 C,   when i cracked the case the cooled immediately,

Now how can i check the damage to the CPU, Vid card and MB??????

Aces high is alot more stable now but still not how it was... now it runs a 60 fps the drastically drops to the mid 30's, then  60's again

I was screwing around with AMD overdrive...... I might have porked it up more
