Looking for a good DJ system

My dad is looking to start a small DJ buisness. Currently looking at American Audio brand equipment. Any opinions on this brand or suggestions on what equipment to get?

I'm no DJ, nor do I have a DJ table, but you might find it worthwhile looking up a couple Pioneer CDJ-1000 MK3's.
