Embarq/CenturyLink for phone and DSL at home.

Had Crapcast until a few days ago when the DSL modem came in the mail and I switched over.  I haven't had long enough to evaluate it though especially in game.  I haven't flown with it yet so we'll see.  I was just looking to save a little money with supposedly the same speed.

Stand by for more evaluations....

well, admittedly, dsl is slightly slower than cable. but the speed difference between home and here is nominal, and to me not worth the cost of upgrading to cable at home.
the only reason it's here, is due to the fact that it was already running here when i bought the business.

i think that as long as you have a 1/2 way decent computer at home, you'll be ok.  :aok

Many people are actually ditching landlines. Mom and I share an AT&T cell account since it costs her ~$10-$30 less a month and has the added bonus of being mobile. We have Comcast TV because it's literally the only service available (apartments won't allow a dish...no, not even in a concrete bucket or whatnot). Comcast internet because the local phone lines are so old and degraded, the signal sucks.
