I noticed that the prop will now overspeed at high speeds in addition to the underspeed at very low speeds.  This is very cool.

The prop only has a finite range in pitch that it can use to remain CS - once you go too fast...

It did this last patch too   Was cool to do dive and watch the RPM slowly climb past the set range

RAM when you go fast, the prop will "windmill" - the airflow is driving the engine instead of the other way around.  

The prop will go to the coarsest pitch setting to compensate but the pitch range was not always enough to keep the speed under control, even if the pilot pulled the throttle to idle.
