I had same problem  had to reinstall drivers and software for my cougar hotas seems to be working fine so far be sure to un plug throttle from joystick if u have that/and unplug joystick b4 u install new drivers and software  hope this helps

Yes I think I was using 4.13 (I have forgotten actually) and I believe a recent Windows update caused my system to lose the throttle setting (only) where it would not hold calibration and just using the throttle could cause all of the CH gear to shutoff for a moment. I thought it was a bad potentiometer (even though its only been about 8 years) so I replaced it. It was not the potentiometer but upgrading the CHCM fixed it.

No, it loses calibration in game. However, I was reading some stuff in CH Hanger that may address the issue. It seems you should leave the sensitivity at 100%. Mine is less. I will give that a shot tonight.

When I do change them, it will be in calibration mode under the 4.2 version of CH Control Manager.

I have yet to play this camp. I read in the CH Hanger that for a game to realize the full sensitivity you have to have them at 100% then do any adjustments in the game. Worth a shot.

Yes I did out of ignorance I think. Flew tonight and no issues whatsoever. Additionally, I knocked everything out of the sky within my reach. Was awesome night. But I have to tell you, my wingies cleared my 6 more than once.
