November '09 KOTH dates

November's KOTH dates are set and official.

FriKOTH will be 13 November 2009 @5pm ET in SEA2.
SatKOTH will be 21 November 2009 @9pm ET in SEA2.

Daylight savings has ended, so keep that in mind regarding start times.
For results, look in the KOTH forum.
