Stay away from TUROK  it will make you pull your hair out.   I am going to be taking my copy and either running it through the shredder or set it up as a target and shoot it. 

Fable and Fable2 are great buys, they both have excellent stories.

Bioshock just weirded me out...never got more than twenty minutes into it. Came with a huge bundle on Steam.

Ace Combat 6 looks pretty cool,never played it, but read a bunch about it as I brooded over my PS2  :(

Semi-decent plotline (nowhere near as good as 4, 5, or even 0) with EXTREMELY annoying cutscenes, but very good gameplay. Also the only online-capable Ace Combat.

Ordered 5 of the games you guys suggested yesterday. They should get here tomorrow. Hopefully ill get the time to try them all before xmas  :)

Woops i prolly should have gotten that xbox gold thingy too. Do I just get a code for gold when I order it online, or do I get a thing in the mail with the code?

If you've ever seen one hanging in the store, you get one of those ("carton" and all) shipped to you. It's a gift card that you peel the back off of to reveal an activation code.

rgr yup ive seen them :)

I bet microsoft (beeing poor and all) could save their wallet and the enviroment abit if they could just send you a code on email if you ordered online.

The Halo FPS's all have compelling stories (though they are somewhat sci-fi formulaic if you know what to look for). Gameplay is great too.

Too bad it's :joystick: not mouse.
