There actually is a minimum number of players that have to be online before ENY kicks in.

And btw, ENY never gets above 29. You will always be able to up a plane.
You would think that people who have been here longer than a year would know that, and it's really amazing to me how many people have been here longer than me that whine about ENY and try to tell HTC how to "fix it".

The answer is very simple, stop worrying about your score and learn to fly the 30 ENY planes.

ENY is great, it forces others to fly the same planes I prefer to fly normally  :D

There are numerous aircraft that will never be removed by ENY.

I laugh at the people who come to the forums whining about having been forced to fly A6M2s or P-40Bs as ENY can never become that limiting.  In their effort to make the situation seem out of control, they are revealed as liars.
