BOSCO OR OTHER R/C DUDES......
« on: November 27, 2009, 12:25:02 PM »
 you ever heard of "aerotech"?

i'm looking at a p38 with supertigre .51's in it. ready to fly, 72" wingspan.

i've never had luck with supertigres, so i'd probably switch to os .50sx's.....or a pair of 4 strokes.....

my main concern is that i've never heard of aerotech.

thanks guys.

Could you give me a link? I always thought Areotech was for the model rocketry guys, not for planes.

I knew about them when I was experimenting with L sized rockets in my 163 a wile back.

EDIT: Doing some research, plane is a profile, so should be rather easy to fly. If I were you though, go with electrics, may nt have the sound, but you won't ever have the problem of the engines dieing either.

Most likely a China Based Company, do you have a link?  I just purchased a B25J 96" wingspan, twin 65's to mount its an ARF, was little bit hesitant about buying it because Ive never heard of the Brand, took a chance ordered it at about a 1/3 of the cost of say a Hanger-9  or other known Kit manufactures, i have to say its very well constructed the covering was wrinkled but a hot iron took those away, parts fit great and not much altering needed as far as squaring the plane up, id buy another one from them its a nice plane built real solid.

EDIT.. on the supertigre engines ive had one on my P51 and never have had any problems,

Re-Edit..Aerotech is a USA based Co founded 1982 Sacramento, CA  makers of rocket motors and rockets..

I thought aerotech was a U.S. company that done scale parts like wheels and the like, but maybe they have gotten into full aircraft.
No thank you Turkish, I'm sweet enough.

They are based in Iowa and a great group of guys.

I dont see your 38 as one of their products but...
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.
