That was one of the best fights we've had for a long time gents, big Salute.

We upped in squadron strength and flew a loose formation out deep into enemy territory. Just when we thought we had pulled a dud and would have to rtb without a fight, Midwest Mafia turned up with four slightly higher ponies. My blood started pumping when i saw you come in and realised this was four guys working together as a squadron.
You guys flew those four birds really well, using perfect wingman tactics to ensure total vicotry. We pinged a few of you and shot down a niki and an f4u but of the four P51s who originaly engaged us none were shot down. I almost got a kill on a 109G14 but he flew off with many holes in his wings.
Eventualy, Hitcher, Redtop and myself were right on the deck in a deep valley desperately trying to avoid being killed, but at last we all were shot down. The only casualty on your side was a p51 that was in a collison with myself after shooting most of my plane away. I think the pilot had ample time to bail out and survive.
No one tried to HO, no one complained about anything. Was top notch fighting and exactly what I (we) play this game for.
