this is the p38 i think i'll be driving to ohio to pick up in a couple of weeks. the b25 too.

Nice 38, looks like it may be a yellow kit.  I am in the process of finishing one now (got it built finally woot!)
I had the opportunity to fly a fellow clumbmember's yellow 38 the other day, VERY nice flying bird, although I am getting much more detailled on mine than he did, thus it will be heavier, it should still fly great.
I would highly recommend the yellow 38 to anyone interested in that bird.

Or if you like to build, go with a Ziroli. Ziroli's all fly like a dream, we have built about 75% of his airplanes and every one of them fly great. Just they are all scratch kit.

This one is a Meister, 101'' wing, with a ZDZ Super 80 in it. Looks like there are digital servos in it, colors are custom made from latex.

it's not yellow. the guy said it's an aerotech kit. i couldn't find em on the web though.

if i had the time n money, i'd go either with zirolli or yellow and build my own......but i don[t have enough time and money right now to build my own......

Sexxxy! That is seriously awesome.
Have you flown it yet?

Yes, by the way, it's painted in Hartmann's colors from when he was with JG 53.

ok Thanks Bubi, I was wondering about that. It has flown, but I have not flown it. Plan for it in about two weeks, hopefully I have a video and some good photos of it.

Wow -- cool.

I don't know much about radio-control planes.  Those are huge -- what engine is used in those big planes?

3 of mine are 80cc, I have one with a 62cc in it, and another with a 45cc engine. typical size for a gas engine is between 45cc-70cc. Big ones are 80cc all the way up to like 250cc.

Interesting.  Are they single-cynlinder or multi-cylinder?  Are they 2-stroke or 4?

My largest is a Hangar9 46% Ultimate Biplane w/ a DA-180 180cc 4 cylidner engine on her.  Has a 100 inch wingspan

My most techincally advanced is a yellow aircraft F/A-18E w/ twin jetcat P-80 turbine engines. This bird is approx 8-8ish feet long, weighs 42 lbs.

Got about 20 other various airplanes and helis as well.. I will post photos of my 38 when it is finished.

There is Radials, but those cost in excess of 3 or 4 Gs. Most engines are either single or twin.
