  You push the throttle to the wall and just as you reach 150 mph the barge crosses the runway :O

Hes saying we need a stop light for the "land barge".  And yea... that happened to me too the other day.

I had a great sortie against strat bombers and ran out of time (FSO) so I landed at the vbase nearby. Just as I was about to land the truck convoy appears from nowhere right in front of me.
