P39 is must!  In the right hands a very effect ground attack and fighter craft. Put it in US Pacific markings. P39C or D or N

RUSSIA you say? I know Russia used it more effectively then the US did well then make the P39Q in Russia Markings OR I say OR better yet...

THE P-63 King Cobra!!It saw action in WWII under the Russian banner and was one hell of a fighter, let alone a ground attack platform.

Me-163!
Ok, not likely, but it would be a hell of alot of fun!!! Make it 500 perk points to fly it.

As for the planes, my personal pet project I want in AH plane is the Ki-44 Shoki. However, realistically, I just want to see the early war plane sets filled out for scenarios and the CT.

However, to NOT neglect gameplay in the MA, I would like to see the He-177 and Me-410 for the Luftwaffe, The Mossie B.Mk.IV for the RAF, a Cant.1007 and the Re.2000/2001/2002 series for the 'Reggia Aeronautica?' (Yikes, I don't remember the name of the Italian Air Force, I know you guys will straighten me out!  ;) -) We know the Japanese Force (IJA/IJN)are getting the Peggy, so I think they need an Attack Bomber more than anything (Jill, Judy, etc). That leaves the VVS and I think the Tu-2 would fill out their ranks enough with their current planes. That's how I would 'balance out' the planeset for MA play (In terms of those dedicated to specific countries).

Sundog,

Why the Mossie B.IV?

It'd be useless in AH and it was produced in small numbers.

The Mossie B.XVI would be much more appropriate for AH.  Faster and a bombload 2 and a half times that of the B.IV.

I do agree that the Mossie B.IV would be the easiest bomber to add to AH at this time.

I thought the B Mk.IV was the standard Mossie bomber version before they added the Bulged bombay. Correct in the thought I was thinking of the bomber version similar to the FB Mk VI with the bomber canopy and glazed nose and full length bombay (Since it doesn't have the cannons either). I had no idea it was only built in small numbers. But basically, I just meant a pure bomber version of the Mossie  ;)

Sundog,

It was the standard Mossie bomber before the B.XVI.  However, with a top speed of only 380mph at 13,000ft, unarmed, and a max bombload of 4x500lbers it wouldn't prove terribly survivable or usefull in the MA.

The B.XVI with a top speed of 416mph and the ability to carry a 4,000lb bomb as well a a 500lb bomb under each wing would be much better.  The B.XVI was the standard 1944 Mossie bomber.

I wouldn't mind the Ki-43 Oscar  :)

I agree that teh C-47 should be traded in for a Li-2P (with the turret mg)

Others ....
Fiat CR.32
Polikarpov I-153

(there's something about a biplane WW2 fighter...)

I'd rather have the Dauntless than the Helldiver.  Yes, the Helldiver was the replacement for the Dauntless, but most accounts I've read said the Dauntless was still superior to the Helldiver.

Also, I'd rather see Kates and Vals before the Judys and Jills, but unless Wildcats and A6M2s are coming also, Judy and Jill would be a nice addition.

Be nice to have -
A6M2, Kate, Val, Betty, P40, F4F, and Dauntless added for earlier Pac action (we have the Avenger to sub for the Devastator, and an early Corsair now) and the Jill and Judy to go with the planes we have now, and also a B-24.  The Dauntless could be used here instead of the Helldiver.  This would give two good periods for the Pac theater.

HTC has already said we're getting the Hiryu next release if I'm not mistaken.   :)

Nifty, I agree with your choices.  AH already has enough late-war stuff and really little is being gained by adding to the late-war set.  I think it would prove beneficial to the Special Events if early-war aircraft are added.  Most definitely the Wildcat, Warhawk, Zeke A6M2, Val, Kate and Dauntless.  Dauntless is way cool and even did some fighter CAP work when needed.  Once my beloved Pacific theater is filled, then early Europe can be filled with 110s and early 109s and Spits.

Please add immediately the Commonwealth Boomerang. If anyone doesnt know about it, go look it up. Quite possibly the greatest fighter of all time.

Once again, add the Commonwealth Boomerang. Rang rang rang.

I think it would be nice if they would add some trainers, like the at6 and pt19. They are not important planes, but I think they would be cool

I see your bet and raise you a black widow and two of those gull wing polish planes(L.11?).

But seriously, the boomer was an average plane that did an ok job built out of secondhand pieces. I'd love to fly one just for the history value, but i know it will never be  :(.

Bearcat...smearcat..
What about the Tigercat F7F. Was in the same state of delivery as the Bearcat was.  Plus the thought of having 4000hp on a plane that weighed slightly more than a P38 is a cool thought.
