Navigate to where the HTC file is on your hardrive... something like C:\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II\Skins... if you have created a default skin, there should be a folder inside the skin folder marked with the name of the aeroplane skin you've saved.. i.e b25c, that contains the bmp you need.
