Snef,
you guys seem to be on quite a tight schedule. It'll take apx. 3,5 hours extra on a car from Helsinki to Virrat... or were you flying Helsinki - Tampere - Helsinki as well? Anyhow, many people arrive to Virrat already early at Thursday afternoon and also leave Virrat in the afternoon on Sunday. Thus I'd suggest arriving earlier and leaving later, giving us a chance to enjoy your company longer ;)

Once again I'll likely have to leave my car to my family, so I cannot promise to be of any help in transportation :(
Maybe Panzzer/Wasq/someone has a better idea of how it will be organized?

It's ok. We'll just take the earlier flight. I'm at work, so I haven't the schedules in front of me, but the other option was to be in Helsinki somewhere around noon. As for the return flight, it was limited how long we could postpone it. I think the latest flight was some 1-1½ hours later than.
