To be able to control CVs manualy similar to a PT boat....

The ablity to be able to controll the actions of the Flat Top Manualy.....When In command of it..and the ablity once in Command to be able to engage/disengage the flight deck....that way sneak attacks with CVs can be Sneaky :)

Then your eyes were out of focus...first post, first reference thread:

1. htc makes it possible to control CV and its battle ships individually. the controls would be like pt  boat. and also you would be able to spawn a battle ship or destroyer from a port and the controls be normal so basically u would be able to steer it and also control the speed. and to spawn a battle ship it would cost alot of perks.[/color]
