if memory serves me correctly, the CO of the squad has to email support at hitechcreations.......

and do a proper request.........

( its been over like 8 years since I did this ..............so it may not be the correct procedure anymore )

TC is correct just email Skuzzy and he'll set it up.  Then as mod of that section you can add people to be able to see that part of the forums.
