Not sure I understand your post.
The Tempest was late war plane. I felt it would be good in the plane set as it would be roughly equivilent to the FW190. So instead of flying a FW190 you could fly a Tempest.
The Typhoon would also be interesting, but it had reportedly very poor high altitude performance, and much slower than planes it would compete against at higher altitudes.
BoB, Typhoon's often attacked the bombers, while Spitfires escorted the Typhoon's. Spitfires attacking the bomber escort fighters, attacking the Typhoons.

The arena is too small for a plane that can not climb well IMO and the Typhoon would not get much use. Bombing raids are ussually from very high altitude.
Typhoon could fullfill all the Tempest roles except high altitude bomber intercecption.
