Correction, your posts have gotten your threads in trouble. Once you make a post on the board, it becomes part of the public domain. Anyone can respond to it. If you do not want that, then I suggest you stop posting.
If anyone is out of line or the post is non-responsive to the topic at hand, anyone is free to hit the "Report to moderator" link and the issue will be dealt with in an appropriate manner.
A quick spot-check in this thread yeilds a lot of non-responsive posts. All you have to do is hit the "Report to moderator" link. I do not have the bandwidth to read every post on this board. None of us at HTC does. It is up to the thread starter to manage that. Managing it does not mean threatening the community at large. Managing it means if someone posts in a non-responsive manner, then hit the report link.
I suggest everyone stop posting in threads where you do not have something to contribute to the topic. I do grow tired of having to deal with it and people will get banned for it. If you do not have the temperment to walk away from a thread you have no real interest in and only are posting to excite/troll for a response, then we can help with that.
