Problem with my Film Viewer

Please with you help. With the new program and patches my film viewer will only play 1 film and then if I try any others it will give me a error message to send to Microsoft. It also will not play any of my old films before the new patches. I have uninstalled AH and renamed some files and put them into a new folder in documents and redownload the AH program and it still the same. Thank you for your time to look into this situation.

When they do a major update to the version of the game the old films will no longer work because the new version is basically a different game.
