A Night in the Life...

Of the Headhunters.

As we were out and about looking for new ways to split the pixels in our cartoon P38s. I came across an AFK ki-84. Now I am not very good at the whole collision thing and did not want him to recieve all of the damage, so I formed up on him in hopes he would return to shoot me down. Friendlies became curious as to what I was doing and they too formed up on the ki-84 without shooting it down.

However we were quickly corrected for our ways on 200 and it became apparent to us that we were not doing our part to win the war which was of utmost importance in order to save Princess Peach. It was obvious what we needed to do, we prepared for the NOE Raid!

We wanted to take down the town in the most efficient manner, so we loaded as many torpedoes as possible. Just before reaching the town, Soulyss reminded us to make sure we were below 200mph or the torpedoes would not be effective, so we deployed dive flaps and let them fly!

Just flying it like a fighter and seeing how long we could stay alive was great fun, I was amazed at Del's shooting we almost broke even kills for deaths, we even had a couple of the guys on knights upping in their own B5N to come hunt us down.

Welp, whilst I was flying inverted in formation with him, he reached the cloud level and a 190d became impatient and made him go boom. I then proceeded to encounter a spit climbing not paying attention. Dove under him and pulled up infront, giving him a good scare and causing him to jink so hard he stalled  :D

Here is the film of one of our kills. Later, I got lucky enough to kill a couple 38s with the tail gun. Yea, it makes no sense, thats why it was a blast!
